Newborough Warren & Newborough Forest Holiday Parks

 

We welcome you to our sites and hope you have an enjoyable stay.

Please take a few minutes to read the following:

QUIET TIME – between the hours of 10.30pm-8am.

CHILDREN – to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No playing in or around the facilities block or on fellow campers’ pitches. Quiet time by 9.30pm please.

DOGS – must be restrained on a short rope at all times and walked off site. Please pick up !!

WATER – is for drinking only and water bombs are not allowed on site.

NO OPEN FIRES/FLAMES – for H&S and comfort of all guests. BBQs with charcoal are allowed under strict supervision and need to be off the ground or on bricks. Please put disposable BBQs/hot coals in the metal bin provided.

CARBON MONOXIDE - Do not take BBQs or camping stoves into an enclosed space to cook or for warmth….it can Kill you !

FIRE ACTION - Extinguishers placed around site. In case of fire please Raise the alarm and ring fire brigade on 999

WASTE – NEW WALES RECYCLING LEGISLATION - PLEASE MAKE YOURSELF AWARE. Separate your waste and place in the correct recycle or general bin in the compound. PLEASE TAKE HOME your large items including electricals, damaged tents & textiles as we are unable to dispose of these items, with the threat of fines being issued if not compliant.

CHEMICAL WASTE– to be disposed of in the Elsan point and Grey Water in the Drain.

BOUNDARIES – please do not cross or throw any rubbish onto the neighbouring land.

ELECTRIC CARS – Strictly NO charging from the electric supplied to your pitch. See staff/ noticeboard for nearest charging points in the area.

DAY VISITORS – by permission only (£5 per car) names and car registration needed. When busy car will have to be parked off site.

ARRIVAL TIME – from 1pm or 3pm for Holiday Chalet

DEPARTURE – please vacate you pitch before 11 a.m. You can extend your stay until 5pm if your pitch is free in low/mid season = £7. Forest Chalet has a 10 a.m. Departure.

 

In the interest of all guests we reserve the right to request any person(s) causing a disturbance/nuisance or behaving offensively to leave the site immediately with no refund given.

BOTH CAMPSITES RUN A NO REFUND POLICY

Newborough Warren (Whitelodge) and Newborough Forest (Awelfryn) Holiday Parks do not accept any obligation or liability for loss, damage or accident to any unit, its contents, property or occupants whilst on their sites.
